How Delivery Works

  1. Step 01: Place Your Order

    Browse our collection and place your order online or by contacting us directly. Include your delivery date and address at checkout.

  2. Step 02: We Confirm & Prepare

    You'll receive an order confirmation. We handcraft your balloon arrangement fresh on the day of delivery.

  3. Step 03: Day-of Text Update

    On delivery day, our driver will text you when your order is next on the delivery list so you're ready to receive it.

  4. Step 04: Signature on Delivery

    A signature is required upon delivery (S.O.D.). If you'd like the order left at your door, email us in advance with your order number.

Rush & Last-Minute Orders

Last-minute orders are subject to availability and will incur a rush fee if accepted. Contact us as early as possible to secure your delivery date.

Scheduling

We recommend placing your order at least 48–72 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred delivery date, especially for weekends and holidays.

Signature Required (S.O.D.)

All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available, a redelivery fee will apply. To authorize a contactless drop-off, email us with your order number at [email protected] before your delivery date.
