Purchase Policy

By placing an order, you agree to receive text messages at the provided number from Balloon Confections regarding updates on your order for delivery only.

Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply.

On the day of delivery, the driver will update you only if your delivery is next on the delivery list via text messaging.

During delivery, there is a Signature on Delivery (S.O.D.) required which means "Signature on Delivery."

There will be a redelivery fee if no one is available to receive your order unless otherwise specified via email from customer/client to Balloon Confections at [email protected] along with your order number that will be provided to you.

"Otherwise specified" means if you want the delivery to be left at your front door without a signature, then we will do so and the driver will take a picture of the order at your front door.

Please know your correct size if you are purchasing any of our custom-made stuffed balloons that include any type of apparel that we provide.

Whether it is a gift for you or someone else, the sizes will be provided for you in the description bar on our social media platform or under each item on our website via the actual sizing that the company that we purchased from put on their items.

Therefore, we are not responsible for irregular sizing given the fact that Balloon Confections Company did not manufacture the clothing items.

Last-minute orders may vary depending upon availability of scheduling and will be charged a rush fee if the order is accepted.

All prices listed on our website and social media platforms are subject to change at any given time without prior notice.

The price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed will be the price applied to your order.
